FEEDBACK ON NORMISMS: BUMPERSTICKERS I learned about
your website through Apple eNews. I read your strip every now and then,
but since I don't regularly read the paper, I haven't really followed
the flow before. Your e-Library was good for that. The Norm is funny,
and I can relate to it. I like your drawing style, too. Keep up the
good work! Pretty nice,
except it always takes you back to the beginning if you let it "time
out" Thank you. I liked the
bumper stickers, especially the one about long-distance relationships. Best Comic strip
since Peanuts! I also noted
that even on my Mac G-4's 20-inch monitor, the strips in the e-library
are just a little too small to read comfortably. The hand-lettering
gets blurry and I have to guess at what some of the words are, in context.
Bump up the size of the strips by about 15 percent. There's plenty of
white space in the frame to make it happen! Every visit
to the e-library is great. Just looked over the Normisms. I missed the
first installments of the Norm (don't know how much, i first started
reading it when Dallas Morning News picked it up) and the library's
a great way to catch up on what happened before, get in on more of the
story. Loved yesterday's by the way (07-19-01 - "your coffee's ignoring
me") That was great. Keep it up. I just looked
at your Normisms. I liked most of them, but "Mozart really loud" struck
quite a chord (no pun--honest!!). I think it would be funny to bargain
with one of those guys who drives a stereo (with car attached), and
get them to play something *I* liked, at the same volume, in return
for not turning over incriminating seismological data to the police.
