The Chromosome Planets subset of "The Norm" are one of the most popular and requested strips...that must be why I don't do that many of them. If I was in a hurry to cash in on popularity, I'd do at least one of these a week. Then after about three years of that I'd go out back and off myself.

I like living a little too much to write myself into a corner like that, but I do enjoy when I think of one of these. They're usually simple, easy comparisons that border on the X-Y stereotypes that pop-psychologists like Gray have made a mint off of. Time to quit writing. I just dangled a participle.
